How to find us – Follow signs to Thropton from Rothbury town centre. Turn right at Cross Keys Pub at the edge of Thropton, following the brown sign towards Burnfoot Cottages. Make a left after the Thropton village school, again following signpost to Burnfoot Cottages. Continue on this road for a few miles, driving through Snitter. After another couple of miles, the road curves to the right and you will see sweeping views up Coquetdale. At the bottom of the hill, Burnfoot Cottages on the right. The postcode is NE65 7EY.
There is designated parking for one car near the cottage and more parking spaces near the entrance.
